Try these satisfying treats that won’t put the weight on and keep you on the healthy diet track:

Strawberries (1 cup) topped with fat-free whipped cream (4 tbsp): At 45 calories a cup, naturally sweet strawberries won’t go straight to your hips, and they taste extra rich with a touch of whipped cream. We’ll bet you won’t notice a difference between the fat-free and the full-fat cream—but your waistline sure will: The former contains only 10 calories per serving.

Werther’s sugar free candy: These sweets are made with real butter and fresh cream, so they taste decadent, yet don’t have any sugar. One piece has only 8 calories and 3 g of carbohydrates, so one serving (five candies), comes to only 40 calories. Plus the come in five flavors, including Classic Caramel, Caramel Coffee, Caramel Apple, Caramel Cinnamon, and Caramel Chocolate, keeps your taste buds happy and your cravings satisfied.

FrozenBanana_Choc.2Frozen Banana with Dark Chocolate: A favorite at weight loss camp and easy to make. You simply peel a banana, cut it in half and skewer it with a large wooden toothpick. The above are just a few examples available for us to either buy in the supermarket or make ourselves with little or no effort. Keep these items and others like them available in the household to prevent those sweet cravings.
